Dry scaley nipples
For a few months now my nipples are extremely dry, scaled, and so itchy to the point I break blood vessels from scratching. At first it was only my left now its both. Hydrocortisone helps to relieve itchiness but not the dryness. I use vaseline and aquaphor, it helps. But its still persisting. No I am not pregnant

You are suffering from allergic dermatitis called nipple dermatitis.. Medicine available for good improvement......As the treatment varies depending on the severity... Send photos of the affected area, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
