Hello. My daughter is 6 months. I started for her fruit purée once a day. Morning her potty is ok. But after purée her potty is very dry. How much water to give in a day? Also she is peeing only once in maybe 3-4 hours. Is this normal as weather is also very hot. Too much sweat for baby Kindly guide. Thank you.

Dear parents, According to me stop milk from 8amto8pm and Give semisolid diet like Dal,dalia, khicdi alu kela rice, apple, upama, halwa, patolia, rab, kadi idle poha satu custard etc and from 80pmto8am give mother milk is preferable if not give top milk Withoutwater and add sugar as per your taste. Why? As 100ml milk gives 70 calories of energy, 100 ml juices give 55calories of energy and 100gm of semisolid diet gives 350calories of energy. To start with stop milk for 4hrs and give semisolid diet, next stop milk for 8hrs and give semisolid diet, lastly stop milk from 8amto8pm and give semisolid diet. According to me give following supplements, Vitanova drops 1ml once a day. Feris drops 1ml once a day. Zincovit drops one ml once a day. Syp Ostebon one teaspoon full twice a day. All above for at least 2 years. While giving semisolid diet givewater as per baby demand /thirst.
