Dry Nasal congestion/ Loss of smell.

From 11th september 20, i was having bit of sore throat, i started taking cetrizine / paracetamol and gargling. Sore throat subsided then. No more sore throat. But again from 15th september my nose became stuffy and dry, not running. Took cetrizine that time also and otrivin o as nasal spray. But from day not having sense of smell, not able to smell the food which i am eating.. for that loss of appetite. Was feeling vulnurable for this. Then on 17th september, went to c a doctor then they did all the check up gave antibotics Azee 500 for 5 days with paracetamol and montek 10. Told to stay for 14 days home isolation. They did a thorax xray chest test on that day but doctor said that nothing bad was found in x ray plates.So told to continue with the medicine. It is my 6th day today after i started taking the medicine. Today i am able to smell just a little bit, having the aromas of food very little. When will i recover fully?? As i am feeling very tensed and anxious. Please help
