Dry itchy hair, itchiness in my back

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I had colored my back in November and after that did not do a touch, I have been facing too much itchiness in my scalp and the extreme dry. I do not have dandruff problems as well. Secondly, my back itches a lot, so that I cannot tolerate. Please help. I'm am currently using BbLunt shampoo and conditioner. I am going with problems.
