Dry, inflammated hand wrist
It's been more than 9 days her skin on the backside of wrist is getting dry and it is getting more and more Inflamated. As she just a 8 year old child it's very hard for her to bare the pain. Everytime her hands get in touch with water the skin burns and when she stretches her body her wrist gets tight. When we touch it it feels very dry. (Note the red tomato color on the left hand is because of sketch pen - she drew something on her hand)

It looks like childhood eczema from the pics. Children have a sensitive skin which is prone to develop such allergies. With advancing age, child's immunity builds up and this condition improves.
Next Steps
I would need to know detailed history before prescribing medicines. You can consult me online for detailed prescription and management.
Health Tips
• Do follow a daily skin care routine. • Do keep a record of eczema flare-ups. • Short daily soaks in cool or warm water help your skin absorb water without drying it out. Follow up with a greasy ointment or hydrating cream or gel to seal in moisture. • Do moisturize regularly, and immediately following every shower/bath • Launder new garments before wearing them to wash away any irritating chemicals and dyes. • Do keep nails trimmed short to prevent scratching the skin • Do wash clothing and bedding in a mild detergent, and rinse twice to ensure all traces of detergent are removed • Make sure your child drinks 6-8 glasses of water every day. • Don’t scratch. • Don’t rub the skin dry after a swim or bath. Just pat the skin with a soft towel. • Don’t wear wool, nylon, rough linen or other heavy/synthetic fabrics that can irritate skin • Don’t wear clothing that causes excessive sweating. • Don’t use harsh detergents for clothes or bedding. • Avoid exposure to pollen, dust, and dust mites.
