Dry eyes , tiredness , pain and mild red
How can i get rid of dry eyes permanently ? I use refresh tears and systane ultra otherwise .. i have extensive screen usage as well and have myopic glasses , -5 and -4 with 2 cyl .

Dry eyes mostly a lifestyle disease now..if u restrict screen time ..it will get better , else will worsen .
Let the doctor decide, in some case, puntal plugs can also help ..

There is no permanent cure for dry eyes per se. The lubricating eydrops( refresh tears/ systane ultra) at regular intervals during computer time as well as taking breaks in between decrease the eyestrain due to dry eyes.follow rule of 20-20-20 ( after every 20 minutes,take 20 seconds break and look 20 feet ahead)
Also incorporating omega 3 fatty acids in the diet helps .omega 3 supplements ( capsule softener plus / osmega) do help too
