Is blinking frequently will help me for my dry eyes? Can you give more useful tips to get rid of my dry eyes? Even it's a small thing, at least it will help me. By the way,I'm using artificial tears but I know it's not enough.

freqent blinking is good but looks awkward if you develop habbit of it. follow 20..20 formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes .keep your eyes moist with the help of a wet swan. look towards green objects frequently. never face towards the ac while working.
