If already diagnosed dry eye then it is advisable to keep using eye drops. Sometimes a higher viscous gel or ointment application at bedtime is beneficial. Kindly use glasses for myopia. Avoid contact lens as it can worsen your dry eyes. Please visit your ophthalmologist once every 6 months for dry eyes assessment and refraction.
