Does dry eyes drops long term use have side effect i am using 1% carboxymethycellulose sodium drops (tearpro ez) and does omega 3 tab helps relief in dry eyes or any other medicine or change in lifestyle

Tear supplements usually do not have any major side effects and most are preservative free. Use them according to use.
Omega 3 fatty acids are better to be taken via healthy diet. If not possible, use tablets for a few weeks.

Hi,
You can use preservative free carboxymethyl cellulose eye drops like genteal drops. They don't have side effects.
Yes omega3 fatty acids help in dry eye
Life style modification would include, while working on computer, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away.
Keep your Connor
Computer screen at eye level.
You can use plano antireflective/ blue lens glasses while using computer.
Keep yourself hydrated.
Do not sit right in front of ac or under the fan.
