Asked for Male, 18 Years

I have suggested some eye drops by the doctor to treat dry eye syndrome , i have used it for a few days onece a day but i have read about the side effects of using eye drops so i have stopped using them . I want a home remedy to treat this as i cant use eye drops and get the side effects please suggest some home remedies and food items and some precautions to treat it . I have been facing dry eyes since 6 to 7 months and i have left it without using eye drops please do suggest me home remidies .

Side effects of lubricating eye drops is maily due to its preservatives and there are many drops available without preservatives like eubri eye drops If you are suffering from dry eye syndrome then eye drops are must home remedies will not work.
