Hello. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. Very good evening. As per your history given, you are suffering from Acute Bronchitis which means inflammation of the lining of your airways. Which requires course of antibiotics and other medicines for atleast 3-5 days, depends upon the severity of the symptoms and disease itself. Is there any breathing difficulty? Hi,
If you are having dry cough take syrup lupituss 2 teaspoon thrice a day. If it is a productive cough then take syrup Ascoril or Benadryl CR 2 teaspoon thrice a day.
