Dry cough and itching in throat

Dear sir , For the last three days I am suffering from cough and no mucus comes . I drunk light cold water since then I have cough and itching in throat . Sir please suggest me medicine . I have no high bp,sugar ,heart problem etc .

You can take Azithro 500 once a day for 3 days along with syrup grillinctus 10 ml 2-3 times a day with salt water gargle ans you will be fine. If any more queries consult me.
