Dry cough and fever
Hi doctor,
My son is 4.5 years old he is currently having dry cough and fever 99.5 degrees.. what medicines can I give him to reduce the cough

Greetings. Paracetamol to bring down temp if it is more than 100F. Cold sponging will bring temp down. For dry cough use green ginger tea twice a day. OR use Indian herbs concoctions keep the child hydrated.
