Dry air causing sinusitis

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I m suspecting that my sinus infection is due to dry air in Ahmedabad, I am already taking antibiotics, nasal drops and steam inhalation. My question is how to cop with dry air and I m ruling out humidifier.

Put saline spray, this will reduce dryness and crusting and will clear nasal secretions. Take steam inhalation twice daily

Hydrate yourself . Use saline nasal washes like physiomer in these dry conditions to prevent sinusitis . And yes continue steam inhalation.
