Why during ear infection drops are used in nose ? I mean problem is in ears then why drops are used in nose ?

Ear and nose is connected via ET tube . Nose drops will helps to open nose and helps ET tubes to open .

Good afternoon Nasal congestion with eustachian tube dysfunction or block is the culprit for most of the ear infections Treating nose will resolve ear infections most of the times Nasal decongestions might be highly helpful

There is a tube called Eustachian tube which connects nose and ear. So nose infection can go to ear via the same. When u get a nose infection the Eustachian tube gets inflamed and that can onle be addressed through the nose.
