Drinking water before bed
Hii doctors☺️ could you all please clarify me that drinking 500ml of water before bed is good to continue or not. Since I stopped drinking too much water in the morning as per your advices..i.e, whether drinking water before bed won't cause any appetite issue??

Not permitted drink more water as per ayurveda. JAB PYAS LAGE TAB HI PANI PINA UTTAM HAI.

Having to much of any kind of fluids after sunset is not good for health. As you lie down to sleep, this extra fluid moves up and accumulate in the sinuses causing Sinusitis, Cold, Sneezing, Heaviness in head, Disturbed sleep etc

Hi, excessive water intake is not good at a time. if you drink at bed time you have wakeup for urination .you can drink up to 200 ml warm water 45 min before sunrise.
