Drink direct water tanker water
Iam have stomach issues like acid reflux diarreah and ibs...and i have typhoid many times ...i only drink Ro+uv water ...or boiled water... But today i accidentaly drink one drink of water tanker direct water ... Is it harmful for me or its ok??...plz tell me iam worried

You should follow good life style ...
Like less spicy and fatty food
Take sufficient amount of water .
Do exercise regularly .
But accidently if you have taken normal water rather then your RO and UV water once time then don't take tension for it.
