Drak Penile spots
I noticed 2-3 dark spots on my penis for 10 months. One spot has been increased in size. Please find the pic and confirm if it's normal or not. Or any treatment required. Any impact on sex life?If it's normal what's the reson for sudden spots. Also suffering from Pearly penile papules confirmed by doctor. Does PPP require treatment?

Nothing to worry about those black spots however proper examination will be required to confirm this and ppp doesn’t require any treatment
