Hello, thank you so much for my question regarding gb polyp. Also i will try to avoid triglycerides as much as possible. Also i think you didn't mention about unsaturated fat, can i take unsaturated fat in high amount? Since i am not able to consume saturated fat.. And the polyp that came in usg was "Gb distended with normal wall thickness, tiny echogenic focus measuring 3mm is seen to be attached to the anterior wall without any obvious posterior acoustic shadowing, s/o -polyp". How do I determine which type of polyp is this? Is there any test?

Usg features currently doesn’t show high risk for malignancy mostly it is a cholesterol polyp hence the dietary restrictions U can take pufa in diet
