Gb polyp? Please help me.

Question

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have a 2.9mm gb polyp... Sometimes the area near my xiphoid process(the muscles) gets sore, is it because of that? I had an upset stomach 2 days back bec of which i had to poop several times till i took norflox tz. The next the i saw there was some soreness there... Also i feel hunger pangs many times, is it because of gastritis or is it because of the gb polyp? I am worried. I was dehydrated as well since 2 days. Please guide me.

It is because of gastritis. GB polyp doesn't usually have any symptoms. Needs surgery for removal.
