Hi can I do pregnancy test on 6dpo...how much accurate it would be if I will do test tomorrow as my ovulation was on 1 March and my egg was ruptured and doc recommended me take HCG 5000 and have relation for 3 days..can I go for the test now whtr I have conceived or not...I am having lot of tense
