Downward bent penis due to frenulum brev
Hi, I have a downward bent at the tip if the penis since very long as far as I know due to the foreskin being attached to glans. Once few years ago I cut it myself and the results were ok, but still I get the bent when erect. Please find attached the picture. Please tell me if I need surgery or this can be corrected by stretching daily as I am not too much keen on surgery. Thanks.

It's common for the penis to curve slightly to the left or right when it's erect. But if you have a more significant bend in your penis, which may cause you pain or difficulty having sex, see your GP or go to your local genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic. These can sometimes be symptoms of Peyronie's disease.
