Down syndrome t21 is >1:50 and fbhcg 192
My wife is in 12 weeks of pregnancy..in nt scan and double marker test shows Downsyndrome ratio >1:153 Fbhcg levels are 192 ng/ml Results showing screen positive What is the chance of not terminating the baby??

You may go for NIPT. They may give more precise information about the risk of Down Syndrome. But they are expensive, not 100% sure, and may not give a precise answer. You will still have to take a risk.
