How should I need to wash my ears while showering should I need to use a soap or only water is required.

Ear has a self cleansing mechanism. There is no need to put water inside. Also lil amount of wax has protective properties. Only when wax becomes excessive and causing hearing impairment should it be cleaned by ent specialist.
