Doubt regarding prescription
I am 22 yrs old and I have difficulty in doing exercise as I can't continue my exercise on next day due to muscle soreness and weakness . So I take opinion from online doctor and he told me to rule out vitamin d and b12 and serum calcium ( vitamin d is 6.09 Ng/ml, b12 is 165 pg/ml, serum calcium is 10.1 ) . After seeing reports he prescribed ( Tayo 60k tablet once a week , shelcal 500 once a day and b complex once a day ) for 1 month duration...so is it ryt medicines according to my reports??? Plz I need Ur advise ? Also I have doubt why doctor prescribed shelcal 500 as my calcium serum is 10.1 which is normal , so does it cause calcium toxicity or kidney stone at younger age if taken shelcal 500 regularly as my calcium serum is 10.1 which is normal

Medicines prescribed are fine. With vitamin D supplements, absorption.will be increased and.u will.need more calcium. That's why shelcal has been added

these are supplements and should not be taken for a log periods. take them for 1 month and then take a break for 2 weeks, again continue as per need
