Traumatic Ear drum perforations (holes) often heal on their own with or without residual hearing loss.
About the bleeding- it can be due to injury to the drum as told to you, or even injury to the middle ear or the skin of the external ear canal. If bleeding is continuous, better to consult in person for proper ear examination.
Next Steps
Consult for further management.
Health Tips
Keep the ear dry.
Do NOT put drops in the ear or cotton ball to pack the ear.
