Small Bony protrusion behind left ear
Goodevening, I have a small bony protrusion behind my left ear, it is hard to touch nd painless. Its there from last six months and i have noticed its increasing in size. And i frequently have sputum in my throat. I am feeling as if my throat is blocked. Why this is happening? Kindly advise something.

The bone behind your ear is naturally rough especially if you are a male, and muscular. Sputum in throat and difficulty swallowing is another problem.
