Doubt on urea and cholesterol report
Sir please check my report ,focus on urea and cholesterol portion is it normal or abnormal ,i am little bit worried about , because I take lot of protein food and whey protein

As per your result lipid profile is alright,you see your LDL cholesterol is 114.5 is fine .If you have any risk factors like diabetes and hypertension smoking then LDL is desirable less than 100 Your age is 27 ,i assume that you are fit Urea is high ,but your creatinine level is normal ,It's possibily due to high protein diet , fasting and dehydration could rise urea

Both slight high , but not alarming Cholesterol issue needs reduced oil in diet with regular excercise Urea needs a repeat test

have lots of water (2-3 litres per day) take enough rest have good sleep for 7 hours avoid very fatty food like deep fried and cheesy food have lots of veggies workout responsibly limit protein intake should be 2mg/kg bodyweight/day
