Hello sir,
I see many people are passing away while working out in the gym due to cardiac arrest and other heart related ailments.
I do workout at home with weights and also weekly once high intensity workout.
Now my family members are worried about my workouts. I seriously enjoy working out and it has become a ritual. If I don't do workout for a week, my body tends to gain weight faster than usual..
Concerned about my family's concern now...
Need your advice on what sort of precautions I should be taking..
I workout 6 days a week. Focusing each muscle groups on each day. On Thursday's I focus on hiit.
Once a week or month I take alcohol.
Apart from that I don't have any other habits.
Please advice..
Thanks,
Nagesh

You can continue gym as it is. No precautions needed. People passing away are not because of gym. They just happened to be in gym while they passed away. Don't worry
