Doubt of kidney stones
I am having slight pain in left back side with some gas in abdomen. Urination is fine and color is also good. Pain started since 2 days. What tests to be done to know i have kidney stone. And which pain killer to be taken. Can i use any paracetamol. Please help.

Kidney stone is typically seen on either side of the abdomen. Best investigation is CT KUB which can tell the exact size and location of stone if any. Best analgesic is tab cyclopam or tab voveran. Check renal function also with serum creatinine levels.
