It's been 2 year I fell of from bike and leter after 2 days started feeling pain in my shoulder.. So I went to doctor and he told me apply ointment and hot water on shoulder.. I did it and got relief but after few days when I raised hand it felt like something out of my shoulder and it pop up back.. Then pain started... So i applied hot water compress and ointment.it happened few more times within 2 months approx.. It got cured never happened again but now after more than 2 years I felt same like shoulder pop out and gone back to itself... Now from 2-3 days I'm feeling pain in shoulder.. Is it shoulder dislocation?? Please confirm me??

Whether it is a dislocation or something else is difficult to say without a proper clinical examination. After seeing you, and doing a few clinical tests it may be required too do an MRI scan before deciding on the treatment.
