Tonsil is lymphoid tissue, it is your bodies immune response to any harmful bacteria or viruses that may attack.
The photo shows a little inflammation of the tonsil which is a normal response so do not be worried.
I also notice some congestion in you throat, do you suffer from burning in the stomach or irritation in the throat.
Next Steps
Gargle with warm water thrice a day.
Notice if you are having any hyper acidic symptoms.
