Dose for thyronorm adjustment
My father 76 years has hypo thyroid presently taking thyronorm 25 mcg tablet since more than one year. in his recent blood test report T3 is 90.55 ng/dl ( range >50 yrs: 40----181 ng/dl) T4 is 4.7 ( range is>60 yrs: 5 ---10.7 ug/dl) TSH 20.9 ( range is 55 to 87 yrs:0.5--8.9 uIU/ml) so dose need to be changed or should be kept same . if changed than how much?
