Dosage of domstal drops for new born
My baby is 1 month old and she is having gas trouble after breastfeed. She is late preterm baby born in 36 week. Please suggest domstal drops dosage for baby to give before feed

Burping after each feed will help. Gas issues in babies at this age can be a normal finding. Don't worry if the baby is gaining weight normally and activity is normal.
Health Tips
In case, the child is not gaining weight or vomits complete feed volume, then only the child will need some medicine for vomiting like domstal and for gas issues. Let me know if more doubts..

No need to use domstal drops unless there is reflux or vomiting Please give proper burping for 15-20min after each feed
