I think it means that your abdominal wall is thick and soundwaves can't reach the foetus in adequate concentration.
Otherwise the Sonologist has nicely surveyed the liver, stomach, kidneys, etc. Baby weight is only 560 gm . So it can't be thick Abdominal wall of the baby.

It means the fat deposition on abdominal wall is more. So ultrasound waves cannot penetrate through the wall. Hence ultrasound picture will not be clear.
