Done arthrodesis 3 years back. Stifness

Asked for Female, 58 Years

On 2014 may met with an severe car accident and broke my tibia n fibula into some pieces. 3 ops done to fix , lastly had to go for ankle fusion (Arthrodesis). Still the stiffness and pain persist. Sometimes it aggravates with different ways and different reasons..many screws n plates still there, could you please advice what nxt step should i follow, taking out the implants or wait for some time more.. Thank you
