Done 2 usg for abdominal pain cramps

Hello sir few days back suddenly I having pain like cramp in abdominal near belly button than I have done usg and show that few subcentimeter mesmeric lymph nodes seen and today again I have done usg in this no obvious lymph nodes seen could you explain what is this what causes Bhind this please explain give right suggestions

It was due to B/L renal concreting given in the report or some localised bowel infection which must have subsided now. Kindly follow healthy diet and plenty of fluids to avoid any such symptoms
