Domperidone for breastfeeding
I have been prescribed domperidone by my doctor for increasing breastmilk. How long can I continue with the medicine. Also I have been breastfeeding for the past 3 months. Will this medicine help me at this stage as I gave birth to twins and they seem to be fussy after ever feed. I have been using formula at times. Since they are premature I would like to continue breastfeeding for a long time.

If it's effective, continue for atleast 3 months, though tab perinorm is supposed to be more effective.
