About breastfeeding
I'm breastfeeding mom my daughter is 3months old. My milk is not sufficient for breastfeeding. To increase milk supply can I use "Domperidone "tablet.?

1st you forget the thoughts about concept of inadequate milk revolving in ur mind..take adequate rest,reduce stress,take plenty of water and adequate balanced diet,spend maximum time with baby,feed baby for long time..

Hello,to increase breast milk ,diet plays an important role .have at least 2-3 ltr of water in a day, milk in your diet at least 500 ml ,increase calorie intake have more chapatis in your diet and have a balanced meal , like dals,veg ,fruits ,nuts in your diet ,domperidone tablets you can take …but for short term only
