1) Clean the wound with soap and water
2) Donot apply any home remedies over the wound and donot dress the wound with any cloth/bandage/cotton etc.
3) Take him to the nearest hospital immediately, he needs IDRV( Intra Dermal Rabies Vaccine)
After categorizing the wound, if needed they may suggest Anti Rabies Immunoglobulin also

Clean the wound with soap under running tap water for 20min
Get anti rabbies shot asap,
tetanus shot
Do not delay anti rabbies vaccination.
