First wound it cleaning by water and  soap Early to  take vaccination any near uhc and phc  in phc its injection is free

Ok which dog? Your pet? If it is properly vaccinated no need of worrying... you consult in near by phc and start vaccination... before that clean the wound properly with water and soap
