Physical examination is the process of evaluating objective anatomic findings through the use of observation, palpation, percussion, and auscultation. It doesnot includes ultrasound. Your qualifications hardly matters. The way you ask the question doesn't match your smartness. I know you are the same orchid , filariasis guy who's friend is from AIIMS and you are from Bihar. Don't take advantage of something. If you really have a relevant questions then ask. You need a psychiatrist.
