My 3 month old baby doesnt babble. Sleeps alot only cries and wakes for milk. When we talk to him he doesn't make any sound like other children. Most of time he is not interested to talk. Also smiles less than other children. When awake that time also if we talk doesn't make any sound only shakes hands and legs. Pls guide. Other children utter sound such as angeeeeee aaaa ooooo. Many different milestones have to be checked. We cannot conclude anything from just this one. The fact that he is smiling is a good sign. Is he holding neck steady for a few seconds? Please visit a pediatrician for full check

Should wait and watch. 3 months age is too early to predict developmental milestones. Hope the child did not have any history of delayed cry, prematurity, Neonatal jaundice or any NICU stay. If not, then you should wait for 2 - 3 months and watch for the development.
