Hi. Less sleep hours can be due to insufficient breast feed, colic pain, due to not changing diapers regularly. Refusal to feed may be due to low hemoglobin. Saliva drooling from mouth may be normal or due to oral ulcers. It's normal if baby chews everything.
Next Steps
Try to give smooth and soft teether. check for milk sufficiency. continue vitamin D3 drops till one year of age. Can consider oral iron drops after consulting pediatrician.

Baby could be teething. Use cold teethers Or wetcolth to massage the gum. Can give paracetamol drops. Taking everything in mouth is normal developmental milestone at this age. But baby can be irritable due to teething. Once pain gets relieved he should be able to feed better and once he is full he may sleep better. If still not feeding, please consult pediatrician
