Does this look normal?
Leave the pigmentation, does the partoid papilla looks normal? As i see in right side of my buccal mucosa its not as big as this, no please let me know if needs to be evaluated. Attached image of the partoid from different angles.

The parotid papilla seems to be normal, though do look out for other signs such as pus discharge from the sinus, feeling dry mouth and pain while having food. Visit the nearby dentist to get clinically checked by induction of salivation.

See looking at attached photographs, everything seems normal structure. It's just a normal pigmentation. Still if you have any queries then consult doctor online or offline.

have you visited a dentist . if yes , then what was the diagnosis. if not , pls don't get tensed seeing google . do you smoke your third molars are erupting, they might be causing cheek biting. slight pigmentation and small small spots on buccal mucosa are normal ly seen sometimes you can visit a oral medicine / oral pathologist for specialist opinion dont get tensed , it seems normal
