Side effects are something that happens to only a few people and not to everyone. Side effects are there of the food we eat also. Trust your doctor rather then reading stuff on google. U cant be a doctor by reading articles. Have Faith in your treating doctor he will guide u properly. And yes ocd medicines can have side effects and those are sleep disturbances upset tummy giddiness etc .
