Does Meditation really help in impulsivity or results are mixed.? I see my dr doesn’t believe in Meditation fully Meditation Benefits are proven or mixed or mostly spiritual?

Meditation is like water. It's essential, good, healthy and can prevent so many illness. Simple but best. But if you are hungry you would need food. In a similar way if your impulsivity is in a severe spectrum, it will need medications. So it all depends on the severity of impulsivity, the cause of impulsivity. Meditation is definitely good. But the question is that is it an all cure.. sadly answer is no.
