Does games cause aggression?
Does playing games like pubg or call of duty cause aggressive behaviour. Recently I have been noticing that I get angry more quickly than how I used to. Is gaming tha cause of this cause lately I have been playing a lot of COD, at least 2-3 hours daily. Can someone please shed some light on it.
Also if this is the case how do I control it, cause I am so addicted to it, it is hard to not play.
