My son is a dyslexic,student of B.Tech at Dtu.Delhi is suffering from acute and severe addition of online games up to the limits that he totally failed in 1yr but still not showing any tendency to understand his responsibility towards his carrier.What to do?

Hello He is suffering from internet addiction disorder. Treatment required to get out of it. Internet addiction is somewhat different from other addictions in a sense that no toxic is going inside his body. But it is same with other addictions, as it brings impairment in personal social and occupational life. Psychological interventions is the best way to deal with it. Family counselling is also required to help the person suffering from the disorder. It will take time but proper treatment can bring good outcome.
