Does cyst rupture

I have a doubt.I did follicular study.It came 26×20mm in right side ovary.So I want to know if it's cyst will it rupture automatically??Or only follicle rupture and not cyst.

On which day of period you have got this size.If it is after 14 days then it is cyst.Then no need of any treatment.If it is on 14 th day then take injection for rupture of egg and follow the doctor.
